
At The New Me we pride ourselves on our ability to run exciting, diverse and interesting training sessions that are designed to maximise the amount of calories you are burning each day.
We focus heavily on changing your thought patterns towards exercise and so instead we run several 'structured movement' classes per day. This enables you through participating to not only have fantastic health and fitness gains but also really begin to enjoy the fact that not only are you moving around, but you are moving around a lot.
