Exercise and The New Me
As with any healthy weight loss program, regular exercise is a component of The New Me. Our exercise program is coordinated by Exercise Physiologist, Ray Kelly, who also assisted Adro and Chris Garling to their wins on The Biggest Loser!
Visitors are guided by our qualified instructors to bring out their best. Training sessions are graded Low, Medium, or High calorie burning, and are evenly spread across the training week. Participants leave the program knowing exactly how to design their own training program once they leave!
